The LogiLink UA0472 is a standalone video capture box for preserving old VHS, Hi8 and camcorder tapes, as well as games console footage, in digital form without a computer, software or drivers. Connect a VCR or camcorder to the RCA or S-Video input, and the built-in H.264 hardware encoder records video and audio as an MP4 file directly onto a USB flash drive or microSD card. Monitor the recording on the 3.5" display or on a TV via the HDMI output, and listen to the audio via the 3.5 mm headphone jack. The MP4 files play on PCs, Macs, smartphones, tablets and TVs.
