LogiLink Professional NMC003 is a standalone 10 Gbps media converter that converts the Ethernet signal from twisted-pair cable to fibre. It lets you extend an existing network with a 10G fibre link without renewing the entire network infrastructure, for example between buildings or when copper cable length is not sufficient. The fibre connection is made with an interchangeable SFP+ module.
