LogiLink Professional NMC002 is a standalone 2.5 Gbps media converter that converts the Ethernet signal from twisted-pair cable to fibre. It lets you extend an existing network with a fibre link without renewing the entire network infrastructure, for example between buildings or when copper cable length is not sufficient. The fibre connection is made with an interchangeable 2.5GBASE-X SFP module.
