Electrolube HTC – Non-Silicone Heat Transfer Compound is a thermal interface material for efficient heat coupling between electrical components and heat-dissipation surfaces.

The silicone-free formulation does not migrate onto electrical contacts. HTC fills microscopic gaps and provides thermal conductivity of approximately 0.9 W/m·K.
