Electrolube UR5097 – Thermally Conductive Polyurethane Resin is a flame-retardant, thermally conductive two-part polyurethane potting and encapsulation compound.

The black cured material is particularly suited to thermal cycling and thermal shock, while providing good electrical insulation and low water absorption.
