Electrolube ER2183 – Thermally Conductive Flame-Retardant Epoxy Resin is a thermally conductive two-part epoxy for potting and encapsulating electronic devices.
The black cured resin combines good heat transfer with chemical and water resistance, electrical insulation and flame-retardant performance.
