Product description
GNSS-SMART-A is a Roger-GPS GNSS line amplifier with about 20 dB gain. It compensates for the signal attenuation caused by long coaxial cable runs, connectors, splitters and other RF components.
The amplifier has an integrated Bias-T, so it can be powered through the Bias-T function or with DC supplied directly over the coaxial output. This makes it easy to integrate into different GNSS system architectures.
Typical applications
- Long antenna cable runs between the GNSS antenna and the receiver
- GNSS distribution systems with losses from splitters and cables
- Remote antenna installations
- Timing and synchronisation systems
- Test and laboratory setups
