Electrolube ER2221 – Thermally Conductive High-Temperature Epoxy Resin is a two-part epoxy encapsulation compound for electronics requiring efficient heat dissipation at elevated temperatures.
It combines good thermal conductivity with moderate viscosity and withstands continuous operation up to approximately +150 °C.
